Copyright Policy

Starlight Solutions, Inc. responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We remove infringing material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Filing a notice

Send a notice to [email protected] including all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• The exact URL on dreaded.lol of the material you want removed.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

Notices missing any of these elements may not be actionable. Knowingly filing a false notice can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore the material after 10 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive multiple valid notices are terminated. Terminated users may not create a new account.

Trademark and impersonation

Reports about a username or page impersonating a person or brand go to the same address. Include proof of identity or trademark ownership.
