Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of dreaded.lol and any related services operated by Starlight Solutions, Inc.("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and old enough to consent to data processing where you live. You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping your password and two-factor codes safe, and for the accuracy of the information you give us.

Usernames are allocated first-come, first-served. We may reclaim a username that impersonates a person or organisation, that infringes a trademark, that is used for abuse, or that is part of an account that has been inactive for more than 12 months.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or write. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely so we can operate the service — that is, so your page loads for the people you share it with. This licence ends when you delete the content, apart from copies in routine backups that expire on their own schedule.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including music and images.

3. What you may not do

• Upload or link to content that is illegal where you or we operate.
• Upload sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors. This is reported.
• Impersonate a person, brand or organisation in a way designed to deceive.
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or links intended to defraud.
• Harass, threaten, or incite violence against anyone.
• Use the file host as a general-purpose CDN, a backup service, or to distribute pirated material.
• Scrape, spider, or hammer the service in a way that degrades it for others.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or access another account's data.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without our written agreement.

Adult content that is legal, consensual and produced by adults is allowed if you mark your page as sensitive. It will be excluded from Explore.

4. Security research

We welcome good-faith reports. If you find a vulnerability, email [email protected] before disclosing it, do not access or modify data that is not yours, and do not degrade the service. We will not pursue action against research that follows those rules.

5. Platinum

Platinum is a one-time purchase attached to your account, not a subscription. It does not expire, and it includes features later added to the Platinum tier at no extra cost. It is not transferable between accounts except through a gift code we issue.

If Platinum is not what you expected, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. Refunding removes Platinum from the account. We may decline refunds where the account has been suspended for a breach of these terms.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service up but do not promise any particular uptime. We may change, suspend or retire features. If we retire something significant that Platinum paid for, we will say so in advance and offer a fair remedy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, exposes us to legal risk, or harms other users. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard; deletion removes your page, links, files and analytics.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months or US$20. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will give at least 14 days notice by email or an in-product notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
